The interior adopts a modern Art Deco manor luxury style, blending neoclassical European grandeur with the cultural charm of the Republic of China era in Nanjing. Dominated by a black-and-gold palette, geometric stone flooring patterns, metallic trim lines and giant crystal chandeliers create a retro and opulent ambiance. Thoughtfully integrated octagonal cultural motifs inspired by the Republic of China era deliver refined understated luxury.

The palette centers on dark timber, matte gold and off-white stone, balanced by low-saturation earth tones for restrained luxury. While the exterior resembles a European manor mansion, the interior reinterprets classical opulence with streamlined contemporary techniques. Drawing on octagonal symbols from Nanjing’s Republic of China architecture and local historical motifs, the design embeds the cultural spirit of Zhongshan into spaces, crafting a private art manor nestled amid golf fairways
