Design Team

Interpreting design renderings, refining material specifications, optimizing furniture structure details, and resolving technical conflicts between conceptual design and on-site construction conditions. We ensure that all design schemes are feasible for mass production and smooth on-site implementation, perfectly aligning aesthetic requirements.

Production team

Performs multi-turn inspections of raw materials, quality monitoring of semi-finished products, and pre-assembly testing of the finished product during production. With mature large quantity customized production capabilities, our team strictly enforces approved design specifications and international quality standards, providing stable and high-quality finished products to lay a solid foundation for a flawless landing of projects and smooth on-site installation worldwide

Purchasing Team

Coordinates purchasing plans based on overall project timelines, strictly audits material quality, environmental certification, and delivery cycles, and avoids supply shortages or specification deviations that can disrupt production progress. By optimizing the entire supply chain, we effectively control project costs while ensuring that all materials meet international hospitality industry standards and local import inspection requirements, supporting reliable cross-border project execution and successful on-site construction delivery.

Project Management Team

Mature and systematic project operational capabilities accumulated covering end-to-end project execution as well as on-site construction and installation. We support overall project planning, cross-team collaboration between design, procurement and production, overseas logistics organization, site installation supervision and final project handover.
